Cancellation/ change and no show fee
Cancellation or change more than 7 days prior to arrival. 25% cancellation/change fee will be charged from the total amount.
Cancellation or change less than 7 days but more than 3 days prior to arrival. 50% cancellation/change fee will be charged from the total amount.
Cancellation or change less than 3 days prior to arrival or No Show. There will be no refund.
*For the first booking date change or post-pone, It will be free of charge and please kindly note that the amendment is subject to room availability upon the period you have requested. The processing fee will be charged for the following changes.
